“ Cute, clean place with fast service. Appreciated the self serve drink and water bar. We were here on a Friday night and they were sold out of a few items, so yes that happens. We ordered the BGO ramen, spicy and regular Tonkotsu ramen and gyozas off menu and were not disappointed. The broth was silky and had a great depth of flavor, ramen was plentiful and the tea soaked egg cooked perfectly. We appreciated the chef making the a few Tonkotsu ramen’s with tofu instead of pork as they were out of the vegetarian/vegan option. ”
